Processing Time
Our current processing time is 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note, processing time can extend to 3-5 business days during high volume/peak times such as holiday sales, etc. Wholesale orders processing time is 3-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, depending on size of order. 

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary depending on the selected shipping method and weight of the package. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.

Incomplete/Incorrect Addresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to issue a refund minus the shipping cost. We do not reship items.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped and moved to fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.

Changes to an Order
Once an order has been placed, the items cannot be changed. Discounts cannot be added to already submitted orders. Please be mindful when selecting your items, using discount codes/links, and inputting your information.

Received Missing/Incorrect Items
If order is received with incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Replacement of missing/incorrect item will be shipped using original shipping method at no additional cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package was marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier.
While we take precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order # and photo proof so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. You must also file a claim with the carrier regarding damaged packages.
