Refund policy

No Returns or Exchanges
Hair Joy does not accept returns or exchanges for any product. All sales are final.
This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and quality of our products and to prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order and contact us within 48 hours upon reception/delivery with your order # and photo proof if the item is defective, damaged beyond repair or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Failure to contact hairjoyllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, you will no longer be able to receive a replacement.

If your order was marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier.


Refunds and Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped and moved to fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.
If your package is returned to us unopened due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery, we will process a refund minus the packaging cost within 14 days of receiving the returned package from the carrier. We do not reship items. Refunds will automatically be debited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on E-Books.
